The practice of Yoga is an ideal way of life. It promotes the health of the whole person – physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual.

It is a system of health which is both preventative and remedial and it teaches the individual, through self awareness, how to gain harmony of body and mind.

Anyone can practice Yoga regardless of age or state of health.
